Here’s How To Get Rid Of Your Wrinkles Today!

Envision yourself with smoother and wrinkle free skin. All your friends will be amazed to see the new you. Take advantage of this right now!

If you want to know how to remove wrinkles then just read on.

Some thought that wrinkles is a proof of one’s acquired insightfulness or having been able to bear so many burdens in life. Regardless of whatever reasons, wrinkles are very unattractive. If you are facing this tight spot, the sight of beautiful people makes you ill at ease. Tendency, you back away from people.

Below are the three major causes of fine lines and wrinkles:

1. Overexposure to the sun. We are already aware how much damage one can get when you excessive display your body under the heat of the sun. Free radicals that are unfettered by UV radiation assault our skin cells.

2. Environmental toxins. Our surroundings are already tainted by pollutants that are harmful to our body. Our very own home is not free from those contaminants.

3. The food that we eat. Feed our body with proper nutrients. If we lack the necessary vitamins and minerals, our skin goes dry and more susceptible to getting wrinkles.

Do wrinkle creams that contain collagen and elastin really help to removing wrinkles ? There are many creams available in the market right now, so you are probably confused on which one to use. For your information, both collagen and elastin molecules are too large to infiltrate your skin. Thus, most of the anti wrinkle creams that claims to have collagen and elastin in it are simply just a waste of your time, because it does not benefit you. Why? Since the molecules are too big to penetrate your skin, then it does not really work, right?

How about fat transfer? Accordingly, it is a safe and effective aesthetic remedy that will reduce your fine lines. The procedure is to get extra fat from your body and transmit it on the area. The fat can be injected using syringe or liposuction tube. But before the surgeon brings it back to your body, he has to remove blood and other substance in the area first. After the little quantity of these fats are infused into the wrinkle lines, furrow and pimple marks, the injected area becomes fattened up, thus resulting to a soft and flush skin. These fats can be taken from your lower abdomen, thighs or even inside your knee. We normally thought that the buttocks are the most appropriate donor but those three areas are verified to be the most dependable. As a general principle, the body does not reject its own tissue, thus recuperation from this method is guaranteed.

If you opt to have a fat transfer to get rid of wrinkles , make sure to preserve your skin after the procedure. If you fail to do this, you are just trashing away your funds and wrinkles will soon resurface.

However, there is an available wrinkle cream on the market that will work for everyone. It contains natural ingredients and is free of harsh chemicals. Instead of containing collagen and elastin, it utilizes the latest proven cell rejuvenation technology. Its active ingredients are CynergyTK and Phytessence Wakame extract.

Phytessence Wakame is an extract from a specific type of Japanese sea kelp. It works to inhibit a harmful enzyme called hyaluronidase which breaks down hyaluronic acid in your skin. When your skin has higher levels of hyaluronic acid, then you will look much younger.

  • CynergyTK is an amazing breakthrough in skin care. Clinical trials have proven that it effectively stimulates the regrowth of collagen, elastin and new skin cells. Imagine, when your own skin produces its own collagen and elastin, then of course, your wrinkles will slowly but surely disappear. You will look young again! The only thing is that this ingredient is not yet available in many big brand-name skin care products that you may be familiar with. It is only produced by a natural skin care company based in New Zealand. Click here.

3 Effective Ways to Find the Best Anti Wrinkle Facial Cream

Finding the best anti wrinkle facial cream is tough. I’ve been searching for that one special cream for a long, long time.

Ever since I started noticing my wrinkles multiplying and getting worse, I have been searching and researching everything I could find about wrinkles.

Finding that perfect anti wrinkle facial cream isn’t easy, but I’ve finally discovered what to look for. I am not a genius, just your average gal who’s looking for a solution to her problem.

In this article I’ll share my findings with you, and that will hopefully help you find a good anti wrinkle facial cream that you can use for the rest of your life.

You see, there are many different products out there, and they’re all claiming to be the best. But can you believe them? In 2005, L’oral was caught lying in their advertising campaign.

They couldn’t back up the claims they were making so they had to retract a multi-million dollar advertising campaign.

With all that going on, who can you trust? My strategy is to talk to the people who’ve tried the product, look at the research, look at the clinical trials and try it for myself.

Here are my 3 hot tips on you can find a good facial cream:

#1 Avoid the Mainstream

All of the mainstream products I’ve used have disappointed me. They were all marketing and no substance. None of my wrinkles got better, and some of them even made my skin worse.

#2 Chemicals and Ingredients

The reason some of these products made my skin worse is because they contained chemicals and ingredients that hurt my skin. I have very sensitive skin so I have to watch out for these kind of products.

That is why I now only use natural skin care products from a company in New Zealand. I order through the internet, and get my products delivered straight to my door.

#3 Natural Alternatives

When you’re looking for natural skin care products, you have to navigate through the whole mess of ingredients and hype.

It isn’t easy, but by doing your own research and educating yourself, you can do it. It took me awhile to figure things out.

All of my research has allowed me to find the best anti wrinkle facial cream. I will probably be using it for the rest of my life, and I can already see tremendous improvement in my skin. Hopefully you can find a product like this one day too!

Hyaluronic Acid Serum Offers Remarkable Effects with No Injections

These days it can seem like people will do anything for younger looking skin.
Where once people were driven to surgery with remarkable frequency, it seems that many people today have fallen to the trend of injecting toxins and fillers into the skin.
In addition to offering high risks, these injections can also be ineffective.
Hyaluronic Acid serum offers a safe alternative to injections while still providing remarkable results.

While it is true that injections can temporarily reduce the signs of aging, the truth is that there is great risk involved in doing so, and no long term benefit.
The most common injections involve putting a toxin into the body.
For people with weak immune systems, this can be highly dangerous.
The point of the toxin is to paralyze the muscles in the face, and there is always a risk of paralyzing muscles needed for breathing or other functions.

Hyaluronic Acid is a natural part of skin cells and is responsible for reducing wrinkles and lines by ensuring that skin is always moisturized.
As we age, our bodies begin to produce less of this acid.
While many people respond by paying for trendy and risky injections, the best solution is simply to replace this missing ingredient.

A Hyaluronic Acid skin care product will ideally contain only the acid, water, and nitrogen.
This purity ensures that the product will offer the most benefit while also ensuing no risk of unwanted effects.
Low density Hyaluronic Acid molecules are able to penetrate deep into the skin, building moisture and reversing damage caused by age, the sun, or even the pollution in the environment around us.

Treating aging by paralyzing facial muscles is not only dangerous, but it does nothing to treat the underlying symptoms.
If you are one of the millions of people who suffer from some degree of skin damage, Hyaluronic Acid may offer the solution you seek.
With no risks and numerous benefits, Hyaluronic Acid skin care products are truly the best way to combat the signs of aging.

Premature Wrinkles: Knock Them Out With a One, Two Punch

Premature Wrinkles: Knock Them Out With a One, Two Punch

Although many of us suffer from premature wrinkles, very few of us realize that we didn’t have to develop lines as early as we did.
We tend to think of the development of wrinkles as something that is inevitable, and that happens when it is time.
We have to take into account that the way that we have lived our lives plays a huge role in how long we get to hold on to our youthful appearance.

While everyone is going to begin to loose their connective tissues starting fairly early in life, we don’t necessarily have to develop wrinkles right away.
What makes the development of lines on your skin develop early, and become far worse than they need to be, is all of the unhealthy activities that we have partaken in.
The amount of time that we have spent baking in the sun is one major factor.

There are many things that come into play in the development of premature wrinkles, such as diet, smoking, and heavy drinking.
The sun however, possibly causes damage to your skin more than all of the rest.
It is the sun that is responsible for the formation of age spots and free radicals, the latter of which tears your skin down at a cellular level and contributes greatly to the development of wrinkles.

Free radicals don’t have to be a problem, because they can be taken care of by the use of a high quality multivitamin loaded with antioxidants, and the use of a skin care formula full of plant derived compounds.
Plant oils, waxes, and extracts help to maximize your efforts to eliminate free radicals in the skin, and do a lot to repair the damage that they have done.

You should begin treating yourself with these antioxidants early in life, in order to stave off the development of premature wrinkles.
You should also be taking steps to reduce the effect that the loss of your connective tissues has on your appearance.
The best way to stem this loss is through the use of formulas that contain Cynergy TK, and Phytessence Wakame.

You have more than likely never heard of either of these compounds, but they are far more effective than any other ingredients relating to the restoration of these tissues.
Cynergy TK will give you back the majority of your collagen and elastin by escalating your production of the cells that form them.
Phytessence Wakame does something slightly different, but just as effective.

What Phytessence Wakame does to eliminate wrinkles is attack the enzyme that is responsible for the breakdown of your hyaluronic acid, and renders it inoperable.
This allows your hyaluronic acid levels to increase unabated, which along with the introduction of new collagen and elastin does an amazing job of smoothing out your skin.

You do not have to suffer from <a target=”_blank” title=”Premature wrinkles ” href=”http://www.anti-aging-skin-products-site.com/”>Premature wrinkles </a>

, or any wrinkles at all for that matter.
Whether you have already begun to see the signs of aging creeping up or not, you should be using the formulas that feature these two marvelous compounds.
You can defy the laws of nature, and stay young looking forever.

Best Deep Wrinkle Cream that Really Works

If you are frustrated about the way the mirror looks back at you and you blame it on aging?
Stop.
It’s probably your skin care products that’s not working.
A lot of hyped up cosmetic junk is on the market.
Is there really, I mean really, a deep wrinkle cream that works?
Let’s find out.
You’re going to be surprised.

Why Most Skin Care Products FAIL Miserably

The reason that these formulas typically fail to produce results is that they are simply not developed using the compounds that you need to produce visible change.
The formulas most often seen contain little more than chemicals.
The little more that I am talking about are the anti aging ingredients that these formulas use, which have proven over time to be ineffective.

A deep wrinkle cream that utilizes collagen, elastin, or hyaluronic acid as the primary wrinkle reducing ingredients offer you nothing that you need for repairing your skin.
These ingredients are used under the premise that they will allow you to absorb new tissue through the skin to replace the tissue that you have lost.
This sounds like an effective enough method for eliminating wrinkles, but it simply will not work.

These compounds cannot be absorbed by your skin due to the fact that they are too molecularly dense.
They are also insoluble, which means that no amount of trying is going to be able to break these compounds down into a state where they can be effective when topically applied.
The bottom line is that these highly sought after formulas are useless to you.

What a Skin Care Product Needs to Help Your Skin’s Complexion

What a deep wrinkle cream needs in order to be effective is a host of all natural ingredients, starting with plant derived oils, waxes, and extracts.
These compounds provide your skin with antioxidants, which your skin needs in order to be able to repair the damage that has been done by free radicals.
This damage plays a role in the development of lines and wrinkles, and fixing it will help your skin look better.

There are many plant based ingredients to choose from, including active Manuka honey, macadamia oil, Babassu palm wax, grape seed oil, Maracuja passion fruit extract, and avocado.
Avocado oil is especially effective on your skin, because it contains properties that make it especially useful.
It is also the only oil that promotes the growth of collagen.

Key Ingredients You Need to Use

For a deep wrinkle cream that provides an increase in connective tissue you need formulas that contain Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame.
What these two natural compounds do is increase the production rate of the cells that cause the formation of collagen and elastin, and elevate your levels of hyaluronic acid by disabling the enzyme responsible for this tissues destruction.

With the inclusion of the ingredients that I have listed here, a deep wrinkle cream cannot help but be effective.
By using such a product you guarantee yourself the success that you simply could not attain through the use of other formulas on the market.
Finally, there is something available that will give you real results. The next move is yours: Continue paying for skin care junk or listen to the above advice.

And now please visit the XtendSkinCare website listed below for updated information on deep wrinkle cream.

Beautifying Foods South Shore Skin Center Dermatologists Share Insight on Foods that are Good for the Skin

DATELINE:
COHASSET AND PLYMOUTH, MASS

South Shore Skin Center practitioners share their insight on various foods that may (and those that may not) help you maintain beautiful skin:

  • Foods that are rich in antioxidants, such as fruits and vegetables are highly beneficial to the skin.

  • Dairy is not beneficial to the skin, but it’s not bad for it either. There has been some controversy about dairy causing acne, but the doctors at South Shore Skin Center maintain that dairy does not cause acne.

  • Whole grains that are low-fat are good for the skin. Bear in mind that grains such as flaxseed are better absorbed by the body if they are ground into meal before eating them. Adding at least one teaspoon of ground flaxseed to your diet per day is sufficient.

  • Good hydration is good for the skin. Beware of drinking beverages containing caffeine, which is a diuretic. Drinking a lot of caffeinated beverages is not recommended because caffeine in large amounts will have a dehydrating effect. Drinking water is best for hydration.

  • Try to eat foods that are rich in Omega 3s, which are essential fatty acids and benefit all organs. A typical diet that includes soybean oil has a much higher ratio of Omega 6, which actually blocks Omega 3 absorption. It’s better to eat foods made with olive or canola oil as these have a low ratio of Omega 6 and will not block the absorption of Omega 3s.

When it comes to the health and beauty of the skin, the foods that we eat really do play an important part, noted Dr. Richard Eisen, a board certified dermatologist and founder of South Shore Skin Center.

February 13th, 2010 admin No comments

The importance of caring for your skin

Packaging is as important as the gift itself it’s something that most of the gift manufacturing companies follow very closely.
The same holds good for you too. Your outer-self i.e. your skin is as important as your inner-self. A lot of people do realise the importance of skin care. Well, this is one reason why there are so many skin care products in the market and most of the skin care products seem to do pretty well. We generally tend to associate skin care to just good looks. However, there is more to it than just that. There are multiple benefits associated with a healthy and glowing skin.

Firstly, it has a good effect on you yourself. It makes you feel fresh and energetic. You are able to do more work and are quicker with everything you do. More importantly, the freshness adds to your enjoyment and makes your day. So a healthy skin too plays its part in building confidence. Yes, you can take most of the credit for having achieved that (however, do leave a little for the skin care products too).

Moreover, this flow of positive energy is experience by people around you too and you observe that even they are friendlier with you. You get more respect from others. They are more responsive to your queries. They themselves experience the freshness that you are exuding. They love working with you and for you. Yes, that’s how it works. Some people might even go ahead and ask you about the skin care products you use (you might or might not reveal those secret skin care products to them). Thus, a healthy skin can be instrumental in creating a pleasant and friendly environment around you. On the other hand, carelessness or negligence on this front can make you look unattractive and dull. You will not only look dull but also feel dull. Your work efficiency is reduced. Even the people you meet might not be as friendly. In fact, it might lead to the aging process getting started much earlier.

Thus the importance of skin care cannot be ignored. However, skin care is not that difficult at all.
There are a lot of skin care products available and you can choose the ones that suit you the best. There are various ways in which skin care products are classified and the knowledge about these classifications will help you understand them better and make a selection.

* The first categorisation is based on the skin type so you have skin care products for oily skin, skin care product for dry skin, skin care products for sensitive skin etc.

* Another way is to categorise skin care products based on their use e.g. you have moisturisers, cleansers, skin care products for exfoliation, toners etc.

* Then you have skin care products for treatment of various skin dilemmas i.e. skin care products for acne, skin care products for stretch marks, skin care products for anti-ageing
etc.

* Another classification is based on the ingredients e.g. herbal skin care products, synthetic skin care products, cosmetic skin care products etc.

However, skin care products are not the only way of skin care. You also need to build some basic skin care procedures in your day to day life (as we discuss in the other article on personal skin care).

Wrinkle Cure and Anti-Aging Skin Care – What’s New Today?

Wrinkle Cure and Anti-Aging Skin Care – What’s New Today?

There are some amazing ingredients hitting the market for wrinkle cure and anti-aging skin care products today. If you are just now starting to worry about preventing or eliminating wrinkles or are wondering if the product you currently use needs to be updated, you have to check out some of these new ingredients and see what they have to offer.

Phytessence Wakame

This is special Japanese sea kelp that has been proven to do two very important things for facial skin: increase levels of hyaluronic acid and help maintain appropriate moisture levels.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural part of young skin which works in union with collagen and elastin to keep the skin firm and in place. With age, all three of these natural skin components start to wear away. Science is working hard to find cost effective, natural ingredients which can stimulate the production of these three skin essentials. Japanese sea kelp has proven the most efficient at naturally increasing hyaluronic acid levels.

Of course, keeping moisture in the skin is important as well, especially for people who have a tendency toward dry or flaky skin. This ingredient keeps skin tight, soft, and smooth.

Cynergy TK

This is another product that helps moisten the skin, but it is most well known as an amazing way to keep that youthful, glowing appearance to the skin. It actually stimulates the body to produce more young skin cells, keeping that youthful glow literally occurring from the inside out as it was meant to be!

CoEnzymeQ10

We are talking specifically about a special form of this ingredient known as Nano-Lipobelle H Q10. It is known to go extremely deep into the skin and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin.

Remember, collagen and elastin are natural parts of the skin that work with hyaluronic acid to keep the skin tight and in place. Since they all three need to be replenished as you get older, CoenzymeQ10 combined with Japanese sea kelp makes for very powerful wrinkle cure and anti-aging skin care products.

Since collagen cannot effectively be drawn into the body through the top of the skin, a wrinkle cure and anti-aging skin care product line that includes this ingredient is absolutely essential.

It may be kind of difficult to find wrinkle cure and anti-aging skin care products that include all of these ingredients, but one to consider is called Extend-Life.

Mens skin care

Man skin care’ would seem like an

February 10th, 2010 admin No comments

Mens skin care

Man skin care’ would seem like an alien topic to some men. It would have been even more alien a few years back. However, more and more men are now realising the importance of man skin care (and hence you see markets flush with man skin care products too). Even though the male skin is very different from that of a female, man skin care’ is very similar to the skin care for women.

Man skin care’ too starts with cleansing. Water soluble cleansers are preferred. Cleansing helps remove the dirt, grease and pollutants from the skin and helps in preventing pore clogging. The inherent oily nature of male skin makes cleansing an important part of man skin care procedure. Cleansing should be done at least once every day, even better if it is done twice a day. Using soap on the face is discouraged.

Man skin care’ revolves a lot around shaving. Shaving foam/gel/cream and after shave lotion are one of the most important man skin care products. Serious man skin care’ requires a proper selection of shaving related equipment and products. One of the main considerations in choosing shaving products should be the skin type (since the degree of oiliness differs from person to person).
Alcohol-based aftershaves should be avoided. Proper man skin care’ also mandates the use of good quality razors. Here, swivel-head razors are preferred since they are known to reduce cuts.
Besides these products and equipment, it is also necessary that you use them properly. Be gentle when using your razor. Do not scratch it against your skin; use a soft and smooth action (after all it’s a matter of removing hair, not the skin itself).

Male skin is generally thicker and oilier, owing to larger pores and more active sebaceous glands. However, due to regular shaving, the skin can get dehydrated quite easily. Hence moisturisers too form an integral part of man skin care. Moisturising gel or cream should be applied after shaving. In fact, some shaving foams/ gel have an in-built moisturising effect too. Moisturisers should be patted gently over the face and massaged gently using upward strokes.

Though a man’s skin is less susceptible to skin cancer caused by UV radiation, using a sunscreen is also an important man skin care measure. You can use a moisturiser that combines sunscreen with the moisturising effect.

Another good option for man skin care’ is to use man skin care products which have natural ingredients like aloe vera, sea salt and coconut etc. Naturally antiseptic oils e.g. lavender, tea tree etc also provide good means for man skin care.

Man skin care is not as difficult as a lot of men think. It just asks for a few minutes every day, in order to give you a healthy skin for present and for future.

Natural Sunscreen with UVB and UVA sun protection

Natural Sunscreen with UVB and UVA sun protection

Natural Sunscreen, in form of Zinc Oxide has been used for generations. Zinc oxide is the only sunscreen ingredient that is FDA recognised as having both UVB and UVA broad spectrum protection. Unlike chemical sunscreen, the natural sunscreen zinc oxide cannot be absorbed into the skin and is not metabolized by the body. The natural sunscreen mineral zinc oxide won’t degrade in the sun.

UVA and UVB what are they?
UV-B rays are most commonly associated with sunburn but it is UV-A rays which penetrate the base layer of the skin.UV-A rays cause wrinkling and premature aging of the skin and UV-A rays can cause suppression of the immune system and contribute to the development of melanoma.

Chemical sunscreen ingredients are designed to absorb portions of the UVB (burning rays) or UVA (cause of aging and skin cancer) rays. Sunscreens which chemically absorb rays have long been effective against UV-B rays. Today chemicals are being added to help screen UV-A rays. Some of these chemicals can deteriorate in light and interrupt with UV-B absorbing ingredients, while others can cause skin irritations or worse.

Common chemical sunscreen ingredients are known carcinogens and/or hormone disrupters, including diethanolamine, triethanolamine (DEA, TEA), padimate-o, octyl dimethyl PABA, benzophenone, oxybenzone, homosalate, octyl-methoxycinnamate (octinoxate), salicylates, and parabens.

Is natural sunscreen safe?

We need to choose what offers the least harm. Of course, covering with clothing is always the safest but this is not always practical, especially if our kids will be swimming in the sun for long periods. Recommendations: stay out of the sun from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or cover with hats and clothing during these times. If you are out in the sun for long periods or swimming, use a micronised zinc oxide natural sunscreen. Moderate sunshine every day is healthy.

There will always be articles that claim that zinc oxide could be unsafe. We can’t say it’s 100% safe (no product natural or chemical based can make this claim!). But it is the least toxic option that provides the greatest protection, next to covering up with clothing.

The natural sunscreen mineral zinc oxide is recognised as the most effective natural sunscreen. Sunscreen without the toxicity! Comfortable to use on babies, children, adults, grandparents the whole family!
