Achieving Healthy Skin with Wrinkle Cream Should Not Have Side Effects

October 16th, 2009 admin No comments

When looking to avoid Botox or cosmetic surgery, many patients turn to topical skin care products.

While little success is found with typical over the counter products, many patients turn to skin doctors or even the Internet for their skin care solutions.
An alarming trend cropping up these days, however, is the prevalence of Botox alternatives and wrinkle creams that include a long list of possible side effects.

It is very important to realize that the reason many people avoid Botox or surgery is to avoid possible risks.
The truth is that no product that truly helps the skin will offer risks or side effects.
If you are seeking a skin care solution, it is important to always select a product created in an FDA approved lab and to find an answer that is free of side effects.
The adage no pain, no gain should never be applied to skin care.

It is also important to realize that not all side effects have to be listed.

Virtually every product at your local pharmacy that is intended to fight wrinkles offers side effects.
These products dry the skin and can even cause small cracks that can lead to acne, pain, or even infections.
Chemicals and alcohols are not intended for the skin, yet they comprise nearly the entire content listing for most of these products.

As someone looking to improve your skin, you should take the time to realize that it is up to you to find the right products.
Don’t give in to a clever commercial or a witty slogan.
If you are serious about fighting wrinkles, choose a wrinkle cream that includes scientifically proven ingredients and that is designed to help reverse aging.

Achieving healthier skin is something that we should all aspire to.
More than providing a first impression to those who see us, the skin is the largest and primary protector of our bodies.
With this in mind, it is easier to understand how important skin care can truly be.
Don’t let chemical laden products put your skin at risk any longer when it is so easy to find a proven wrinkle cream that offers no risk of side effects.

Can A Wrinkle Cream Really Work?

October 16th, 2009 admin No comments

If you are one of the millions of people who have tried drug store wrinkle creams only to get no results, you may be starting to wonder if these products really work.
Many customers find themselves giving up after trying product after product with no results.
The good news, however, is that there are answers that work.

If you are looking for a wrinkle cream that is truly effective, the secret is to stop looking at the local store. Products at the average drug store are filled with alcohols and damaging additives that do little more than damage your skin and make it feel greasy.

When you choose a product that has truly effective ingredients, you will not only notice that there is no longer a greasy feel, but you will find yourself with skin that is truly healthier even after the first use.

A proper wrinkle cream will contain ingredients that are scientifically proven to help reverse and prevent wrinkles.
Such ingredients include peptides like Argireline.

Another excellent ingredient to look for is hyaluronic acid, which can help restore elasticity to the skin and is completely natural.

Coupled with other peptides and vitamins, these ingredients can work together to help your body start creating more collagen while also providing fuller, firmer skin that looks visibly younger.

If you suffer from damaged or wrinkled skin, you will be pleased to know that you do not have to live with the wrinkles and other effects of aging.
You will also be happy to know that you can experience the glow and feel of more youthful skin after only a short time using these products.
Say goodbye to grease and dryness once and for all simply by choosing a wrinkle cream that really works.

We all seek the miracle answer for aging.

While many people turn to surgeons and injections, however, a great number of people are finding that there is a safe, healthy, and noninvasive alternative.  With a lower cost, greater results, and no risks, a wrinkle cream that can truly alleviate wrinkles is the best investment that you can make in the health of your skin.

Healthier skin means a healthier you!

October 16th, 2009 admin No comments

Do you know that your skin is your body’s largest organ? As such, the importance of skin care must not be underestimated. Your skin is a barrier that protects the rest of your body, keeping harmful things out while allowing good things in. The better your skin care routine, the healthier the rest of you will be.

When choosing a cleanser for your skin, avoid products that are dehydrating, such as harsh soaps that contain alcohol. Look for products with smooth consistencies and natural ingredients. Apply cleanser with your hands or a soft cloth and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Removal of dead skin cells is essential for radiant skin and to optimise your skin’s receptiveness to nutritious moisturisers. This process is called exfoliation, and can be done with a microfibre washcloth, or with an exfoliating cleanser specially made with small grains that work to remove dead skin cells. For best skin care results, rub gently in circular motions using just enough pressure to remove the old skin without causing damage.

Once your skin is clean and exfoliated, it is ready to be moisturised. Moisturisers should also be selected with care. Be sure to get the skin or body lotion that is right for your skin type and contains natural ingredients. If your skin tends to be dry, choose a body lotion that is thicker and specifically made for dry skin. Thinner, runnier body lotions are better suited for oily skin. Body lotion should be applied while the skin is damp, as the skin then remains more hydrated and the nutrition in the moisturiser is more easily absorbed into the skin.

Products today are formulated to simplify the processes of cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising. There are one-step exfoliating cleansers, as well as cleansers that also moisturise. You can even do all three in one, as with Dove Exfoliating Moisturising Body Wash, which simplifies your skin care routine even more, making it more efficient and leaving you more time to do other things.

Because your skin contains (or should contain!) approximately 70% water, good hydration is crucial to good skin care, because it keeps your skin young and healthy. This means drinking 64 ounces (or eight eight-ounce glasses) of water daily.

Protection from the sun is also critical for proper skin care. Too much exposure to sun can cause skin to prematurely age, and in some cases, permanent damage can occur. Regular use of sun blocks, sunglasses, wide-brimmed hats and protective clothing goes a long way in keeping your skin healthy.

Follow these five basic rules for skin and body care, and remember that the better care you take of your skin, the better your skin will take care of you.
